⚖️ LL.B. – Three Year Degree Course
🎓 Eligibility for Admission
- Candidates must have completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in any stream such as Arts, Science, Commerce, Management, Engineering, Medicine, Agriculture, or equivalent (including BBA, BCA, BPE, BFA, B.Sc. IT/IS, etc.) from a recognized university.
- Applicants must have secured a minimum of 45% marks (excluding concessional marks) in the qualifying examination.
- Degrees like Shastri, Acharya, Ayurveda, and other recognized qualifications are also considered eligible.
Note:
Candidates who have obtained their degree through open universities without basic qualifying education are not eligible for admission.
📊 Minimum Marks Requirement
- Minimum 45% aggregate marks in the qualifying examination are required.
- Relaxation is applicable as per norms:
- 5% relaxation for Scheduled Caste (SC) / Scheduled Tribe (ST) candidates
- 3% relaxation for Other Backward Classes (OBC)
Important:
Marks will be calculated based only on subjects considered for awarding the final degree.
📘 Course Structure (Annual Scheme)
The LL.B. program is a 3-year course divided into three academic years:
- First Year – Examination at the end of the year
- Second Year – Examination at the end of the year
- Third Year – Final examination at the end of the course
- The program includes lectures, practical learning, internal assessments, and viva-voce examinations.
- The course is conducted as per Bar Council of India and University guidelines.
